from JUNIOR to SENIOR
With the help of this program, companies that avoid hiring inexperienced specialists have a unique opportunity to not only become convinced of the talents of specialists in a very short time, but also to significantly increase the practical skills of talents.
I STAGE
Candidates for the program who meet the requirements for junior or higher level data science professionals are selected and interviewed.
II STAGE
Accelerating program participants from a junior to an senior professional in a real-world project development environment by planning, developing, testing, and releasing real projects.
III STAGE
Recruitment of highly qualified specialists corresponding to the level of medium or senior specialists and / or implementation of developed projects in the participating companies.

From JUNIOR to SENIOR
When a company selects a candidate (s), there are two ways to enter the program:
1. Full-time employment at Dataera, on terms agreed in advance with the potential employer, who will recruit the candidate upon successful completion of the program or agree on new terms based on the qualifications acquired.
2. Distant work at Dataera, on terms agreed in advance with a potential employer who will recruit the candidate upon successful completion of the program or agree on new terms based on the qualifications obtained
Program duration from 3 mon. up to 6 mon.
Acceleration of participants from a junior to an senior professional in a real work environment by planning, creating, testing and releasing real projects.
Project planning is based on the Agile Scrum methodology using the Microsoft Azure DevOps tool.
Data projects are created using the following tools:
Once projects are created, they are further tested to IT solution testing standards.
Projects created under the Talent Acceleration Program are published on GitHub and / or Azure Repos repositories, if this does not violate the confidentiality agreement with the potential employer.
