Talent Acceleration Program
This program is intended for companies seeking to employ experienced professionals and students who have completed at least 3 Datacademy modules with average or higher grades.
With the help of this program, companies that avoid hiring inexperienced specialists have a unique opportunity not only to make sure of the specialists' talents in a very short time, but also to significantly increase the practical skills of the talents. The program consists of 3 stages.
STAGE I
Candidates for the program who meet the junior level or higher data science specialist requirements are selected and interviewed.
STAGE II
Accelerating program participants from junior to senior professional in a real project development environment by planning, developing, testing and releasing real projects.

From JUNIOR to SENIOR
We provide participants with the opportunity to improve from junior to senior specialist in a real working environment by planning, creating, testing and releasing real projects. Project planning is based on the Agile Scrum methodology using the Microsoft Azure DevOps tool. Acceleration program
Once a company has selected the candidate(s), there are two ways to enter the program:
- Full-time employment at Dataera, under conditions agreed in advance with a potential employer, who will employ the candidate upon successful completion of the program or adjust new terms based on the qualifications obtained.
- Remote work at Dataera, under conditions agreed in advance with a potential employer, who will employ the candidate upon successful completion of the program or adjust new terms based on the qualifications obtained.
For talents
Students who have completed Datacademy courses at least intermediate or higher are invited to join the candidates to the talent acceleration program. Once admitted to the program, you have a unique opportunity to not only demonstrate your ability to learn, but also to gain practical experience using the acquired knowledge. It costs you nothing to become a Talent Accelerator candidate and does not obligate you in any way. You yourself decide whether to publicize your candidacy and under what conditions you could participate in the program.
